Pool heater expert needed to fix Pentair heater

Have a Pentair Mastertemp 400 pool heater that is giving us fits. Need someone who knows this machine backwards and forwards to give us a diagnostic and then fix whatever ails. We replaced both the display panel and the electronic motherboard already, thinking this would do the trick. Not the case. And right now, the display is stuck and will not respond whatsoever. So, it is something in the heater. Need your assistance. Tell me what you'd charge to come and take a look, and please give me your credentials so that I know you aren't just going to be looking it up on the Internet and trying to fix it. Not interested in that kind of person. I need an expert on pool heaters. If this ad is up, then i still need someone. Thanks!
