Position Overview: The Quality Control Technician handles all inspections and transactions related to quality. This individual will spend most of their time out on the manufacturing floor with some time spent using a computer. Required Duties and Responsibilities • Inspect the quality of all work-in-process. • Assist the quality manager with any efforts that directly or indirectly affect quality. • Support management and the Company with changes and help other employees embrace changes. • Document on the computer any non-conformances received. • Notify Production Leads of non-conformances so that quality issues can be addressed. • Regular, timely, and predictable attendance is required for this position. • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Education/Experience Requirements • 1-2 years’ experience in a quality assurance/control role preferred • Ore will train qualified candidates Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements • Excellent work ethic and high-quality productivity output. • Embraces change and turns obstacles into opportunities. • Works well with others in a team and build relationships. • Interacts professionally, tactfully, and extensively with a wide variety of people and personalities. • Organizes time and meets deadlines. What Would My Schedule Be? Full-Time, Swing Shift: Monday – Thursday, 4:30PM - 3:00AM How Much Would I get Paid?
