Continental Tech is looking for a warehouse associate to participate in our warehouse operations and activities for an immediate start date. Warehouse manager responsibilities include storing materials, picking, packing and scanning orders. The goal is to increase efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction. Continental Tech is a modern eCommerce development firm that caters primarily to the entertainment industry. Record labels, live event production companies, film and music distributors, audio and video production companies and recording artists are just some examples of the clientele. At Continental Tech, we are doing things a lot differently than traditional promotional and marketing platforms and looking for the right person to help us change the way music and live events are marketed and sold. Employees are eligible for a raise (based on performance) after a 90 day probationary period. Performance will also be evaluated annually with an employee review. Responsibilities: Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship) Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store) Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization Complete diary logs into inventory Report any discrepancies Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations Skills: Proven working experience as a warehouse worker Proficiency in inventory software, databases and systems Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods Good organizational and time management skills Ability to lift heavy objects Job Type: Full-time, immediate start date Pay: From $15.00 per hour based on experience Benefits: Paid time off Paid Holidays Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Typical start time: 8AM Typical end time: 5PM Ability to commute/relocate: Woodland Park, CO 80863: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required).
