Responsibilities and Duties: This job requires the following motions: sit, push, pull, twist, bend, stand, walk, shovel, rake, and dig for long periods. Required regular lifting of 25lbs up to 50lbs. repeatedly. Safely operate a variety of construction and maintenance tools/equipment to complete daily tasks. General laborer duties associated with asphalt paving, concrete work, patching or prep crews, sealing, and crack filling. Ensure all machines are well-oiled, serviced, and inspected. Follow all health and safety regulations when operating equipment. Ability/willingness to follow company rules, safety practices and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications/Requirements: * Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions including heat, cold, wind, rain, and dusty environments. Ability to work long hours and weekends when necessary. Ability/Willingness to work overtime when required. Complete all assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner. Must have a strong work ethic. Ability to work in a team setting. Ability to work with minimal oversight. Great attention to detail regarding final appearance. Communication skills; Ability to communicate with supervisors, co-workers, contractors, and the general public in a courteous, professional manner at all times. Ensure a safe work environment in compliance with all safety policies and procedures.
