Looking for a place to raise cows and produce exchange for yield

I'm a carpenter and farmer interested in finding land to raise a few (or more) cows and start a produce garden. In exchange for this opportunity, I'll offer 25% of what I yield. With beef often yielding over 500# per, 2k#=500 lbs of meat for you, which tends to be far too much for anyone to handle! I'll also offer the same percentage of produce. I'll do all the labor and for your land, you can reap the benefits of organic food grown with care and cleanliness. I'm dedicated, respectful, clean and hardworking. This has been my passion for a long time and I just need the land to get back into it. Please help me out!
