Description

We are hiring 2 experienced in home remodeling to join our team and 3 for property maintenance. We contract with a large long term rental company that manages about 800 properties. Most properties are in knoxville and Oak Ridge with some in outlying areas. These positions are from 8:00 am - 5:30 pm Monday - Friday. The qualified candidate will need experience in all aspects of home repairs including: •Basic plumbing and electrical •Drywall repair/installation •Painting • Appliance diagnostic and repair •subfloor and installation of flooring •trim work •gutter repair and installation Qualified candidates MUST also have: •Own tools including tools for electrical, plumbing, wood work, trim work, exterior work, drywall, painting, etc,, and hand tools. Specialty tools will be provided. •Transportation is a must. It is preferred a truck to be able to haul materials needed for the job. •Working ohone. Candidate must be able to communicate with managers, track time through an app, use navigation, and update tasks. •Time management skills, diagnostic skills, good communication, dependable, and be a motivated self-starter who can work alone or with a team.
