We are a small Property right off Outer loop. We're all one level ranch style apartment homes. We're looking for a "Skilled Painter" in the Louisville, Kentucky area. We are fully renovating our apartment homes and in need of an Experienced Painter. Job Details: Painting Trim and Doors Painting Ceiling Wall Repair/Prep Painting all interior walls Parts and supplies are provided Prefer Past Experience in apartment or home interior and exterior painting MUST be able to work Independently MUST be able to meet Deadline MUST be 100% RELIABLE Compensation: $800.00 for each one (1) Bedroom style [approximately 623 sq. ft.] $1200.00 for each two (2) Bedroom style [approximately 923 sq. ft.] Don't miss out on this fantastic opportunity!
