Description: The laborer position is a multi-functional position, being able to flex between different positions as needed. This position assists with production work, preventing time wasted by gathering and delivering materials to the machines where they will be developed, and other miscellaneous duties as assigned. Laborers are an important part of the TDS production, being dependable, hardworking and dedicated to safety and timeliness with the ability to help where production is needed at any given time with little downtime. Requirements: - Ability to work Monday – Friday 6:30a – 3:30p - Experience using power tools - Experience in construction or shop manufacturing - Ability to routinely lift 50lbs or more - Experience driving forklift (helpful, not required) Duties: - General Labor where needed - Pack Skids - Move Materials - Assist Builders - Assist Production - Assist Equipment Efficiency - Deliveries – Install Assistant - Clean (general housekeeping) Pay Scale: $12.00-$16.00 per hour depending upon experience Benefits: Medical/Dental/Vision Benefits Bonus Incentives – Quarterly and Year End 401(k) and Profit Sharing Programs Paid Holidays after Probationary Period Paid Time Off after 1 Year of Employment How to Apply: Interested candidates should apply in person at 1819 Walcutt Rd, Suite 9, Columbus, OH 43228 (Hilliard Area).
