Very high tree branch removal

I have a dead tree branch that is in the canopy of a tall tree. I'd like to removed and hauled away please. Please email with quotes and when you could do the work. The tree is roughly 60-80' tall (I'm not sure). It's taller than it looks in the picture. Thank you!
