Ideal candidates will have experience working in a number of different areas of the property. This includes: -Building maintenance -Minor Construction fields including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry. -Will be trained on multiple machines (previous experience is a plus) The additional skills that a candidate should have are excellent customer service and communication skills, as well as experience in dealing with tenants. -Must be able to pass a criminal background check -Must be self-starter -Must be able to take initiative, have a positive attitude, and always be willing to get the job done -Must have a sense of urgency, with the ability to multi-task under pressure.
