Lead Window Installer Foreman QSP Construction is looking for a hardworking and dependable person to join our team as a lead Window Installer. They will be able to perform routine to complex installations and oversee single site job installation processes and homeowner satisfaction. • Provide flawless first-time window and door installation • Provide direction, training, coaching, and mentoring to an installer and a helper • Make necessary decisions setting up a clean and safe working environment • Must exceed customer expectations • Always adhere to proper safety techniques • Make necessary decisions pre planning and setting up job site • Valid driver’s license • Carpentry skills • Completion of an apprenticeship or similar training • Physical stamina and manual dexterity Contact David Gonzalez 714-713-1909
