Single Family house needs rotted beams/joists removed and replaced in the living room and bedroom areas. The top layer of wood in living room has already been removed for easy access to beams. The estimate for materials is 24 2/6 and 24 4/6. I prefer to pay for materials and labor separate. Please have experience with Pier and Beam plus foundation projects.
