FACILITIES MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN POSITION Great opportunity with a growing based company!! We are seeking a reliable, detail oriented, self motivated FACILITIES MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS worker who are disciplined and able to work independently. Working hours are Monday - Friday 7am-4pm which makes this a great full-time opportunity. Willing to train the right person, however experience is a plus. Immediate opportunity available. Daily Functions: · Paint, remodel, refurbish areas as needed · Change of all filters for HVAC as required · Perform other work-related duties as assigned · Monitor and replace light bulbs/ballasts as needed in all assigned facilities · Make minor plumbing repairs, as necessary · Coordinates and assist with departmental and employee moves · Perform basic electrical work and determine when an electrician is required · Hang dry erase boards, pictures and shelving, as needed · Dismantle and install furniture · Transport goods or equipment as assigned · Keep and organize regular and preventative maintenance records, paint codes, equipment instructions and manuals · Maintain service records · Provide mechanical maintenance information by answering questions, requests and thorough documentation of work · Follow OSHA guidelines Requirements: · High School education or equivalent · Valid Driver’s License · Basic Computer Skills · Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, carpentry and mechanical basics · Ability to work with minimal supervision · Ability to prioritize tasks and follow specified procedures · Ability to work safely and effectively under pressure · Ability to thrive in a constantly changing environment and consistently meet tight deadlines · Must be able to travel to various work-site locations on demand · Excellent organizational and time management skills · Effectively prioritize and multi-task · Friendly and positive attitude Physical Requirements · Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds · Bend at waist, sitting, kneeling, climbing, walking, crouching as job may require · Ability to climb/work on ladder · Ability to work in extreme temperatures MUST HAVE VALID DRIVER LICENSE AND CLEAR BACKGROUND CHECK
