C Signs and Graphics is an establish full-service sign company who is seeking an individual to join our team. We are currently seeking a Production Specialist with strong attention to detail. This is primarily a physical production job. The ideal candidate will need to have an understanding of the sign & print industry, laminate, mount, trim, assemble the materials needed for each order, install, keep clean workroom, pay attention to detail to ensure customer satisfaction, carry rolls of material up to 50 LBS, use stairs, leaning over tables, using cutting and hardware tools. Must have good organizational skills and the ability to adapt to high-turnaround assignments and deadlines. Candidate will interact with all departments, so a positive attitude and good interpersonal skills is a must. This is a full time position with mandatory overtime if needed. This is a Monday-Friday position with the possibility of additional time on Saturdays. REQUIREMENTS: - Must have good record of punctuality and attendance. -Active team player with positive attitude. -Must have strong attention to detail while working at a fast pace free of error& ability to multi-task. -Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, use a tape measure, achieve straight lines, level, centered, no scratches or bubbles, etc. -Must be able to understand English, follow verbal instructions, and use simple math. -Bilingual is a plus. -Knowledge of the sign & print industry is a plus. -We are open to training the right candidate.
