IMMEDIATE OPENING FOR FULL TIME POSITIONS & PART TIME POSITIONS JOB DUTIES: CONSTRUCTION, CONCRETE LEVELING, CONCRETE LIFTING, MUDJACKING CRACK SEALING/CAULKING * Assist crew leader with all job duties * Responsible for preparing trucks for daily work schedule * Setting up and unloading equipment on site and cleaning work site * Operating various types of construction related tools and equipment * Minor maintenance of equipment * Average 40+ hours full time and overtime pay * Part time hours vary * Travel throughout the Des Moines metro and surrounding areas with crew leader. Most days will entail 2-5 jobs at multiple locations. * Individuals who exhibit a willingness and aptitude to learn the necessary skills will be presented advancement opportunities. * Schedule: Monday - Friday QUALIFICATIONS: * High school diploma or equivalent * Must have valid driver's license * Applicants must have reliable transportation * Past experience within the construction industry a plus * Great communication and customer service skills * Must be able to lift 50-100 lbs on a regular basis * Must be punctual/able to arrive at work on time in order to maintain daily schedules * Applicant must be drug free BENEFITS: * Compensation $15-19/hour and/or commensurate with experience * Paid vacations & holidays, paid weekly, direct deposit, retirement plan with 3% employer match * Safety boot allowance Please email resume and/or work experience with phone number to be contacted.
