Light electrical (switches, lights, outlets
Light plumbing (faucets, traps, shutoffs
Painting (properly with clean lines)
LVP
Interior trim, doors and cabinets
Reglazing bathtubs & surrounds
Hanging blinds, mirrors etc
*** must be able to work about 2 to 3 weeks before first check******
