Class A Shuttle Driver, Yard Truck Hostler We are helping drivers pave the way for a bright new future and are immediately hiring Class A Shuttle Drivers to work in the Dupont, WA area. As a Driver with our firm, you will earn $33.25 an hour, to start and enjoy other great perks and benefits. Our Class A Shuttle Drivers are responsible for operating commercial vehicles such as company vans, trucks, tractor-trailers, and yard trucks used on public roads with a gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) of 10,001 pounds or more. You will also be expected to properly secure freight, couple and uncouple combination vehicles and: • Inspect and repair commercial vehicles by company procedures and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations. • Fuel and re-fuel motorized vehicles. • Complete record keeping requirements. • Be capable of handling physical requirements of position including lifting to 75 lbs. and handling the hooking and unhooking of the trailers including the cranking of the landing gears. To qualify, you must have a current Class A Commercial driver’s license and: • A current Medical Certification. • Be registered with FMCSA Clearinghouse. • An MVR record. • Previous experience in busy yard. • Be flexible to work nights, weekends, and overtime, as needed.
