Description
Provide assistance to residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming etc.
Provide incontinence care to incontinent residents
Assist with feeding if needed
Report and document changes in residents condition
Monitor all assigned residents every hour to 2 hours and provide assistance as needed
