Party Planning: * For: Birthday Parties (all ages), Graduation Parties, Celebration Parties, Dinner Parties, ect. The goal is for you to host the party of your dreams, without the mess and stress of planning. We will discuss your budget and what your expectations are for services are, as well as a full understanding for what party planning services are provided. You will have a virtual portfolio put together and sent via email, along with your purchase agreement and a docu-sign contract. Once client and myself have agreed and signed documents, we will start planning immediately! Services: Location Booking: Either a set place in mind or given a list of ideal minded locations as options to pick and choose from Dining Services: (Bookings) Find caterer, restaurant, menu for food to be served Invitations: Personalized invitations: electronically or physical cards Entertainment Planning: Any entertaining needed: Games, Activities, Music- Bands/D.J.’s/ect., entertainers, ect. Party Agenda: - Create an agenda for the party - Complete with a time schedule - Detail oriented of party Calendar: - Important and necessary to always on the same schedule - Fully organized in planning Aesthetic Planning: - At our consolation we will discuss the theme; look, vibe, and really get on the same page about what you want your party experience to feel like for both you and your guests. In order to this, after our consultation I will put together 2-5 vision boards; (depending on complexity of your party) From there, at our second meeting we will really conceptualize your vision by either choosing a vision board, or mixing and matching ideas from the boards to truly create the party you have in mind! Decorations- Using our vision board to create the party you’re envisioning aesthetically. - Balloons, table decorations, themed decorations, necessary party decor - (cutlery, plates, napkins, cups) **(Shopping Lists- if necessary) Costs: First off, this is completely based off your budget and your party’s specific needs! Secondly, our first meeting is a FREE! consultation via Zoom! Thirdly, you will not pay a penny until we agree on a set price! No gimmicks or hidden fee’s!
