Galaxy medical supply seeking an experience Authorization and Customer Service Specialist for Durable Medical Equipment (DME). ‪‬ Minimum Qualifications: ‬ ‬‪DME Experience within a Pharmacy‬ or Surgical Supply Company or medical supply‬ * ‪Knowledge of HCPCS, IC10s, and NDCs ‬‬ * ‪Customer Service Experience ‬‬ * ‪Good Interpersonal Skills ‬‬ * ‪Multi-Tasker ‬‬ * ‪Knowledge of Durable Medical Equipment - Wheelchairs, Orthopedics and Prosthetics, ‬‪Preferred Characteristics: ‬ * ‬‪Excellent verbal communication skills -- polite, friendly, helpful and courteous ‬‬ * ‪Detail oriented, excellent documentation skills, and the ability to follow through to the end.‬‬ ‪Ability to work independently and complete assignments timely and accurately‬‬‪Knowledge of billing guidelines and resources for Medicaid, Medicare and commercial insurances ‬‬ * ‪Proficient and strong computer skills ‬‬ * ‪Ability to perform in a fast paced environment.‬‬ knowledge of integra que system a plus ‪Displays professionalism and a positive attitude ‬‬‪Knowledge of medical terminology and coding Required experience: ‬‬ * ‪DME: 1-2 years ‬‬‪Required language: ‬‬ ‪English Job Type: part time
