Description

Responsibilities: • Receive shipments to restock inventory • Move items between locations to assist with inventory management • Pull items from inventory to assist with order fulfillment • Prepare outgoing orders for shipment via parcel and freight services • Assist in the maintenance of a safe and orderly work environment Required: • Detail-oriented and highly organized • Team player mentality – will be working closely with a small team • Good communication and responsibility • Ability to be on your feet and perform physically demanding work • Use basic material handling/cutting tools Recommended: • Experience picking and packing • Experience reading shipping documents, sales tickets, packing slips • Ability to work occasional overtime when necessary (standardized work schedule will be provided) We offer: • Get out early on Fridays (2:30pm) • 5 days PTO and paid holidays after 6 month vetting period • Sign-on bonus after 3 months • Personal autonomy—your every move will not be tracked, your bathroom breaks will not be timed • Location near Newark Airport; accessible by public transportation or car; easy access to 22, 78, 95, and the parkway. • Multi-cultural, fun team environment • Job growth potential during our post-pandemic revitalization
