Seeking cleaners for daily/weekly Airbnb turnover. 1/1 apartment in the Tanglewood/pineypoint 77063, 3bed/3bth townhome in Midtown 77004 need two people for the townhome. More units to come throughout the summer. We are looking for good reliable people to clean our short term rentals after each guest check out. Must have reliable transportation, must be trainable, must have a detailed eye. Cleaning supplies will be provided as well as an inventory list to keep me updated on what’s needed. Flexible schedules are preferred. Background in hotel housekeeping preferred. Airbnb is a short term rental platform and I allow as short as one night stays during the week, you will have the schedule on the 25th of each month for the following and 12-24hrs notice will be given for same day or new bookings. Must have zelle pay, I do not pay through cash app. Will receive 1099 at the end of the year. If you have your own cleaning company please let me know. Areas of responsibility: Changing bed linens Mopping floors Cleaning bathrooms/kitchen/common areas Vacuuming Restocking guest necessities My units are rated highly on cleanliness as it is the most important detail to me.
