Lawn Care Crew Leader Needed

Well established company seeking experienced lawn care lead to join our team! Looking for someone with experience leading a crew of 2-4 others to process our 60+ lawn contracts per their agreements. Must supervise and motivate crew to do their part efficiently. Must have experience in lawn care including trimming shrubs, weed eating, edging, cleaning flower beds, and use of zero turn. Must keep accurate records of services provided. Ensure proper services provided, per clients service agreement. Ensure proper use, and maintain lawn care equipment. Must be able to arrive at our location in Highlands by 6:45 am Must have a valid drivers license. Must be able to work 8-10 hours per day, 5-6 days a week. Must do your share of the work. Must be able to follow directions, for safety and accuracy. Must speak English (bi-lingual are welcome to apply) to be able to take and follow directions.
