Premier Property Management is currently looking for a full time maintenance technician to perform routine maintenance tasks at 4 commercial properties in the Wichita area. Candidates must be able to perform the following. -General light maintenance such as light bulbs, ballasts, light electrical and plumbing repair -HVAC experience is a plus -Exterior maintenance -Landscape maintenance -Paint and drywall experience a plus Qualified candidates must have reliable transportation and be willing to pass background and drug test.
