install recessed lights

I would like to install these lights: In my living room (pictured). The electrical will need to be installed as well (for the switch). There is a drop ceiling in the basement, which should simplify the installation somewhat. There is also plenty of free space on the breaker panel. With any luck, it will require minimal access to the wall. I’d like to make sure they are symmetrical and evenly spaced throughout the living room. I will supply the lights, Romex, dimmer switch, and breaker. I will add an extra $200 if you can install my Tesla charging station while you’re here.
