We are looking for a service technician to join our team! You will install, service, and repair plumbing fixtures. Responsibilities: Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements Perform routine preventative maintenance Complete plumbing, drain cleaning, and other related in home service calls Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options if necessary Work alongside customer service and dispatch to ensure overall success of the company Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck Train and mentor apprentices to ensure, quick, accurate repairs and installations Respond to emergency maintenance requests Adhere to all safety policies and procedures Knowledge of local and state plumbing codes Qualifications: Previous experience in plumbing or other related fields Ability to handle physical workload Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills Tech savy; IPAD with software for service tickets provided Great work ethic Great communications skills Motivated individuals, goal driven Sales experience Valid drivers license with clean record 5+ years plumbing experience Drug free at all times
