Electrical Service Manager Our client has been in business since 1992. Their focus is in the electrical commercial and residential projects. We are looking for an individual with great experience who are born leaders. This individual will oversee multiple projects at a given time and have a strong relationship with clients. Responsibilities: • Lead the project team and have accountability for completing assigned construction projects successfully • Supervise staff electricians • Estimate the cost of supplies and overall project • Schedule and plan resources to meet project schedules • Manage activities associated with materials, budget, and production for projects • Maintain customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction and quality control • Manage projects documents • Identify scope changes, address issues, and communicate project milestones • Manage all aspects of multiple projects and ensure budget targets are met while maintaining quality standards • Must receive and provide clear, constructive feedback regarding work performance and be able to provide clarification as necessary • Uphold to our company values to include safety, quality, teamwork, and growth Qualifications and Skills: • Manages a team of electricians and has advanced leadership skills • Collaborates with colleagues and has strong interpersonal and communication skills • Works with clients as needed and has strong client services skills • Demonstrates project management and problem-solving skills • Meeting with customers (residential & commercial) for project quotation Education and Requirements: • A High School diploma or equivalent is required • An Associates or bachelor’s degree is preferred • Licensed Electrician in the State of Connecticut • Possess over 8 years of experience as an Electrician • Possess supervisor experience or leadership qualities • Be able to make decisions on their own
