We are currently looking for dependable and experienced commercial janitorial sub-contractors in the Loveland/Windsor area To qualify you must have: 1.) An actual business name. 2.) General Liability Insurance If you have employees, you must have workers compensation insurance We currently have the following opportunity: 1. ) We have a building in Windsor, CO. This building gets cleaned 5 nights per week, after 5:00 p.m. This building will take approximately 3 hours per night for one person. The cleaning schedule is Monday - Friday evenings. Friday cleaning can also be done on Saturday or Sunday. The account pays $ 1400.00 per month 2.) Small building in Windsor, CO. This building gets one time over the weekend. Work can be started anytime after 5:00 p.m. on Friday or can be done anytime on Saturday or Sunday. This should take about 2- 2.5 hours per cleaning for one person to complete. This account pays $ 300.00 per month. We would prefer to hire both jobs out to the same contractor for a total of $ 1700.00 per month. Thanks!
