Pasta Production Shift Lead Position: Alfresco Pasta is a premium fresh pasta manufacturer with over 22 years in business in Nashville. We are looking for qualified, hardworking, dedicated employees to join our winning team. Alfresco Pasta has job openings for Pasta Production Shift Leads for our New Fresh Pasta Manufacturing Plant in Bells, TN. This position will require you to lead a production team while working alongside co-workers on the production line. Key Accountabilities: Monitor and lead production processes and procedures Ensure that the production schedule is met Retrieve materials for production and packaging operations Assist in the planning and organizing of production schedules Adherence and demonstration of quality control standards Assessing project and resource requirements – for both labor and raw ingredients Overseeing production processes from start to finish Ability to problem solve Team player with the desire to help motivate and inspire co-workers Assist in the implementation of short and long-term strategies to drive productivity and effectiveness Bolster your co-workers to help them reach their full potential and effectiveness Maintain an efficient, safe, and sanitary workstation Produce a quality finished product that meets the company and government standards related to sanitation and safety with the same delicious product our customers have come to know, expect and love Promote and demonstrate Company Mission and Vision Statements and Company Core Values Minimum Qualifications: · Previous Experience – Must have some kitchen & prep cooking experience · Physical Endurance – Must have the ability to lift 30lbs regularly, 50 lbs occasionally · Ability to work in a fast paced, production-oriented environment · Must be a team player who works well with others · Strong organizational skills · Dedication to producing a high-quality product · Basic Sanitation practices Compensation and Benefits Hourly compensation is from $14-$17 per hour (based on position and experience). Alfresco Pasta promotes from within for advancement. Two (2) weeks of paid time off earned in initial year of employment.
