General contractor currently seeking an experienced Working Foreman/Lead Mechanic Job Experience: Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical Job Requirements: Must have an OSHA card. Must have a valid Drivers License. Must speak English. Must be able to work in all 5 boroughs plus Long Island. Schedule and oversee staff to ensure efficient job completion. Oversee staff completion of inspection, safety checks Performs carpentry repair, maintenance, and installation work on various finish type including wood, veneer, wall coverings, ceilings, sheetrock, plywood, etc. Roughing in, Pulling wire, Installing boxes, Installing outlets switches and lights, Installing conduit Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Salary: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Weekend availability License/Certification: Driver's License (Required) Work Location: Multiple Locations NYC Long Island
