Sessions are designed for investigators, laboratory animal veterinarians, care staff, and IACUC members and staff. Residents, students, and postdocs are also welcome! The sessions on refinements for better science and animal welfare describe cutting-edge advancements in laboratory animal welfare, methods to achieve sound scientific results, and 3Rs success stories. The full agenda can be found below. There will also be panel discussions on laboratory animal adoption programs and international perspectives on 3Rs implementation in Asia, Africa, and South America, other TBD presentations, and an optional demonstration of refinement techniques. Please join us as we learn from the speakers and each other! There will be opportunities built into the program for attendees to ask questions, comment, or offer suggestions.
