Learn about veggies that can be grown in the summertime and get your very own self-watering bucket garden. Saturday, June 18th, 2022 at 11:30 am join Master Gardener Volunteers as they discuss what veggies to grow in our hot, humid summers in the Keys and tricks to ensuring success. They will also talk about edible demonstration gardens at Grimal Grove and hand out UF buckets gardens thanks to a generous grant from Community Foundation of the Florida Keys. The lecture and bucket garden dissemination will occur during the Florida Keys Tropical Fruit Fiesta. -Summer gardening -Demonstration gardens -UF bucket gardens Attendees interested in taking home a bucket garden need to indicate so through the registration.
