We are currently looking to fill crew position for a Landscape Construction Company. We are looking for someone who is looking for full time work, who can work under pressure and meet the demanding deadlines that are required to complete each project. Experience: Must have at least 1 year experience in landscaping or related industry. Experience with any of the following: - [ ] Building Block and Rock Walls - [ ] Installing Pavers and Flagstone - [ ] Building decks, fences and other carpentry skills - [ ] With Operating machines such as skid steers, excavators, compactors, etc - [ ] Installing Fire pits and water features - [ ] An understating of landscape terminology and plant materials - [ ] Soil preparation and plant installation - [ ] Familiar with Irrigation and drainage Abilities: All team member must be punctual, stellar at construction landscape, detail-oriented, have reliable transportation, be able to work outdoors in inclement weather, give and take direction well, and work as a part of a team to achieve common goals. - [ ] Must have a valid drivers license and clean driving record - [ ] Must be able to regularly lift 50 lbs through a regular 8-hour workday - [ ] Read and follow construction plans and details - [ ]Comfortable with technology (smartphones / tablets) - [ ] Follow directions provided at yard and through smartphone applications - [ ] Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, willing to work hard at a steady pace doing physical work.
