Kick off summer with the Cal Poly Alumni - Boston Community at The Lawn on D! The weather is getting warmer and we're ready to celebrate with a wicked-fun day at The Lawn on D! Cal Poly alumni, family and friends are invited to meet up with fellow Mustangs on Saturday, June 4 at 4 p.m. EDT (420 D St, Boston, MA 02210). This is a family-friendly event to connect and socialize with Cal Poly alumni living and working in the greater Boston area. Flying solo? Great - come make new friends! Want to bring the kiddos? Excellent - there is plenty of space! Have a buddy that can't say 'no' to ~those~ swings? Bring 'em! If you haven't experienced The Lawn on D, get ready for a sprawling space to picnic, enjoy local food and beverages, the famous LED-lighted swings, and, of course — lawn games! Wear your favorite Cal Poly gear and team up to play giant chess, checkers, Jenga, ping pong, corn hole, and more. There is no cost to attend, but guests are responsible for purchasing their own food and beverages. We will have swag giveaways and a competition for most Cal Poly pieces of flare!
