Join us for inspirational stories, poems, and art exhibits in honor of World Refugee Day! Performers will be sharing their reflections on their home country, identity, and dreams for the future. Our speakers come from Afghanistan, Syria, Congo, and beyond. Don't miss exhibits of hand-woven Afghan carpets, calligraphy paintings, and pottery by artisans from Turquoise Mountain. Sponsored by IRIS and Saffron Road, in partnership with Turquoise Mountain, Sanctuary Kitchen, and International Festival of Arts & Ideas. All tickets include food boxes from Sanctuary Kitchen.
