Salt & Light is joining forces with Swimming Lessons by Muriel, to offer a Mommy & Me Swim Safety Event for ages 4 months- 2 years! Summer is approaching! Those sunny days bring with them the promise of popsicle stained clothing, sunscreen battles and family vacations! And while memories are MADE in the summer and nothing is cuter than a swimsuit clad little one- it is VITAL to remember the importance of swim safety to ensure our babies are as SAFE as they are adorable while playing in the water. Salt & Light Motherhood Community has partnered with local swim school, Swimming Lessons by Muriel, to offer a special Saturday "Mommy & Me Swim Safety" Class for our S&L mamas and their little ones! We will be hosting TWO classes, back to back on Saturday, June 18th. First Class will be from 9:30AM-10:30AM Second Class will be from 11:00AM-12:00PM Each class will have 6 spots available (so 12 spots TOTAL). The hour session will consist of a safety class with participation required by participating parent, followed by snacks and prizes for the little ones (and for moms!) in attendance! **Due to the vast difference in development and abilities, this class will be limited to ages 4months-2years (as this is the age range of the largest portion of our Salt & Light mommas), however if you are interested in having your older child attend a swimming class please head to Muriel's website , Swim Lessons by Muriel to find more information regarding registration for older children!
