Come and see! Marlene wants you to join her gospel dance-fitness party! Set to some powerful praise and worship tunes across various genres and cultures, this workshop* is not your average praise dance or group fitness experience. Together, we will laugh, sweat, and perhaps even cry as we allow the power of The Holy Spirit to move when we move. Marlene will rely on her extensive dance and fitness background to strengthen your body, mind, spirit, and soul. With a live DJ, we will explore body weight exercises, dance choreography, yoga-based stretches, and mindfulness/meditation. This event will be chock-full-of healing, networking, celebrating, and of course, praising God. It is Marlene’s hope and desire that you leave feeling invigorated, whole, worthy of greater, filled with peace/love/joy, and with tools to continue accessing your healing from a spiritual perspective. Please feel free to wear any clothing/shoes that you feel most comfortable and supported in. A yoga mat is recommended, but not required.
