Position Summary:The Pumper position is integral to support Foundation’s mission to provide safe and efficient operations. The position requires strong communication skills to identify and address issues restricting optimal production of both current and future company assets.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.- Mechanical aptitude, willingness to troubleshoot and problem solve.- Efficiently maximize production from assigned wells.- Maintain and repair lease equipment and identify potential problems.- Report / review production data efficiently and timely.- Daily operation of assigned wells including regulatory compliance.Education/Experience:- High School Diploma or GED- Oilfield experience- Basic math and computer skills (Microsoft Excel and Outlook)- Valid driver’s license required.- Good driving and safety record.
