The Internet Coordinator is the first point of contact for our customers and helps set the tone for their entire experience with our dealership. Requirements:

Responsibilities:
Call and correspond via different avenues with new and existing prospects to follow up with their inquiries
Assist customers in setting appointments to visit the dealership
Keep track of your daily calls, correspondence, and appointments
Report to Manager on objectives, planned activities, and customer interaction.
Provide excellent customer service experience
Maintain communication with Managers and Sales Associates regarding customers.
