Mount antenna on roof

Quick job! I'm looking for someone to Mount an antenna on the side of my roof. Should take like 10-30 minutes or less with a power drill. Need it like the pictures attached and run the wire down the side to the ground. Its a quick job so I was thinking like $30 dollars. I'm currently in a boot and Cant go up a ladder...
