ESTABLISHED NORTH PHOENIX FIRM HAS AN OPPORTUNITY / OPENING FOR AN EXPERIENCED HANDS-ON REMODELER HOLDING A CLEAN AND CURRENT B1, B2, OR B3 ARIZONA ROC LICENSE WITH BONDS AND INSURANCE IN PLACE. This position is Maricopa County only and requires an individual with an absolutely clean record both personally and professionally. Responsibilities are in the area of, but not limited to quality control, job dispatching, team supervision, client relations and front line hands-on involvement in multiple current projects. TRUCK FULL OF TOOLS IS A MUST. A two year commitment is required. The skills needed, beyond the obvious are contract negotiation, training, budgeting, peace keeping, and seeing "the glass half full".
