He owns private streets in rundown neighborhoods while praying like a good samaritan in his Trinity cathedral in Columbia. The street --Wynn Way 29210 --is the worst of all with open drug dealing and shootings, huge potholes a child can drown in. Drive down it please!!!We can't clean this up without help--He is a lawyer with Belser & Belser in Columbia--HE LEGALLY OWNS THE ROAD AND WILL NOT GIVE IT OVER TO STATE CONTROL NOR REPAIR IT--Do something please as he ignores all attempts at communication as does the Belser secretary who plays dumb and claims he is not here today.
