New Transition to Success will distribute Diapers and Hygiene Kits. Come Join New Transition to Success for our last Diaper Distribution for the year. We will distribute diapers and hygiene kits. In addition, we will have Vendors that will provide free resources and assistance for housing, rent, utility and water. We will also provide a free Arts and Craft activity for the youth.
