NEW ROCHELLE, NY — Police are asking for the public's help locating a missing 17-year-old. Liliana Moreira was last seen April 28 in New Rochelle. The teenager frequents the Hudson Park/Pelham Road, Heritage Homes and New Rochelle High School twin lakes areas, according to a Missing Person notice posted by the New Rochelle Police Department Wednesday evening. Police are circulating recent photographs of Moreira who is described as White, medium build, 5'6'', weighing approximately 125 pounds, with blue hair and brown eyes. It should be noted that Moreira is known to change her hair color. She was wearing a light-colored hooded sweatshirt and blue jeans when last seen. New Rochelle police are asking anyone with information about the current whereabouts of Liliana Moreira to call 914-654-2300.
