Join us to help shape the latest research in the energy efficiency and environmental sustainability of ground vehicles. EVSTS industry members, guests, faculty & students, We are an NSF IUCRC for five more years! Join us to kick-off our 6th year of research, interact with industry speakers / panelists on the latest topics in efficient vehicles, hear updates on current research projects, and help us set the course for the next 5 years. The meeting brings together the Center’s industry members, guests, NSF representatives, and faculty and students from four universities -- Arizona State University, The University of Alabama, University of Louisville, and The University of Texas at Austin. DATE: May 24-25, 2022MEETING LOCATION: Arizona State University campus at The Brickyard, Room 209, 699 S. Mill Ave., Tempe, AZ 85281.EVENT HOTEL: EVSTS has a block of rooms reserved at The Westin Tempe, 11 E. Seventh Street, Tempe, AZ 85281. To obtain the group rate of $159 / night, please register via the link BEFORE May 10, 2022. HOTEL REGISTRATION: The Westin Tempe - ASU EVSTSPARKING: hotel guests will not require parking – the hotel is directly across the street from Brickyard Engineering. Local attendees can park in The Brickyard Parking Garage, entrances on either 6th Street or 7th Street, just east of Mill Ave., north of University Drive.FORMAT: this meeting is in-person, following ASU’s university events & protocol guidelines. CELEBRATION DINNER: Tuesday evening, please join us for dinner at The Westin’s beautiful Sunstone Terrace from 5 – 8 pm for food, fun, and networking.HIGHLIGHTS: industry keynote speakers and panel sessions, a brief “State of the Center” and presentations and posters from current and prospective projects. This is a great time to engage with faculty and students working on innovative research projects yielding transformational improvements in the energy efficiency and environmental sustainability of ground vehicles.
