PORT CHESTER, NY — An impatient driver seriously injured a woman Tuesday getting out of a taxi on Neuton Avenue in Port Chester. Nelson Velasquez-Flores, 41, of Greenwich, Connecticut, was charged with felony reckless endangerment and traffic violations. Police said Velasquez-Flores, impatient about stalled traffic, crossed the road's double yellow line and drove in the wrong direction when he struck the 49-year-old Port Chester woman, the Daily Voice reported.
