Updating an unoccupied condo Thursday May 12th. Today's work includes: - Taping & finishing sheetrock seams on walls. Sanding areas previously skimmed. - Interior trim & wall painting - installing baseboard & shoe moulding around floors. Must be experienced and able to do quality work. Not looking for someone to learn on the job pls. (-: Materials provided and I have all tools needed.
