Learn how to start your own vegetable garden with our gardening series lead by our Registered Dietician Nicole Schmittou! This series will walk you through eachstep in the process of creating a garden. Skills covered include: reading seed packets, soil needs, seedling care, maintenance, watering and weeding, and harvesting. Classes will start on saturday 5/14 and will meet monthly on a Saturday morning. Sign up on our website, daybydayhealing.com under the "Class Schedule" page, or pay through eventbrite. The first class is $20 and follow up classes are offered at $15 each. This class is perfect for gardening beginners who want to start at step 1!
