Stamford Police Seek Public's Help To ID Burglary Suspect

STAMFORD, CT — Police said a burglary suspect has stolen over $10,000 worth of items from a Stamford construction site, and now they're asking for the public's help to identify him. At approximately 3:15 a.m. on May 10, a man entered a construction site at 245 Atlantic St. and took copper wire and other items, and put them outside where he came back at a later time and retrieved them, according to Sgt. Sean Scanlan of the Stamford Police Department's Property Crime Unit. "The man has done this on more than one occasion and the value of the items taken is over $10,000," Scanlan said.
