Join us at the BSPCAC for music, food, games, giveaways, and more! This year’s Juneteenth celebration emphasizes freedom and perseverance and celebrates a huge announcement. Juneteenth also marks our nonprofit’s birthday! Black Scranton Project turns THREE - so we are celebrating our org’s third full year as a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. **THIS EVENT IS FREE & OPEN TO THE PUBLIC This is an outdoor event. Mask wearing is encouraged. We will follow current CDC COVID guidelines. All attendees must adhere to covid safety guidelines.
